If there is a problem at check out when you try to place an order from a different country please contact us directly through email, live help, or telephone. We may need to research your specific country exporting laws for nicotine products prior to shipping. We will do all that we can to get your order shipped to you. If for some reason we can not ship the product to your specific country, we will refund all fees charged including shipping.
All shipping rates are weight based. You will receive a email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You will be notified as soon as possible if there are any shipping delays.

Returns
Any unopened item may be returned to us within 20 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be given minus shipping and handling, and a 5% processing fee. No product can be returned unopened unless that item is defective. All defective products may be returned to us within 20 days of receipt of your order. We will replace any defective products. Full refunds will be given at companies discretion.
